What buyer protection will cover

• Verification of every vendor's identity and workshop before public listing.
• A dispute process for orders that are not delivered or do not match the listing.
• Refund support where a vendor fails to fulfil a confirmed order.
• Private handling of any government identification submitted during vendor verification.

How it will work

When buyer protection is active, payments will be held securely and released to the vendor only after the buyer confirms delivery. Until then, buyers should agree terms directly with vendors and retain proof of any transaction.

Reporting a problem

If you experience an issue with a vendor or order, contact us through the Contact page. We will investigate and take action against any vendor found to be acting in bad faith.
