1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Enyimba Market, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The platform

Enyimba Market is a marketplace that connects buyers with verified Aba manufacturers and artisans. We facilitate discovery and communication but are not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors unless a specific service (such as buyer protection) is active.

3. Vendor verification

Vendors must complete an application and pass admin verification before appearing publicly. Only approved vendors receive a Verified Vendor badge. We may reject or suspend any vendor at our discretion.

4. Buyer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when placing orders or buying requirements.
• Review product descriptions and confirm terms with vendors before purchasing.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

5. Service availability

Some services — including secure payments, buyer protection, nationwide delivery and export support — are planned and may not yet be active. We will indicate the status of each service clearly.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Listing or selling counterfeit or non-Made-in-Aba goods as authentic.
• Creating fake vendors, products, ratings or reviews.
• Harassment, fraud or misuse of the messaging system.

7. Liability

Enyimba Market is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and vendors, except where an active buyer protection service applies.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
